Refund not in the Mail

I wanted to end service on 11-19-12 which was my renewal date after my 39 month contract. I was instructed to send a letter, which I did one month before the contract ended and it was registered. So after the request, I waited heard nothing. Then they took another month out of my account, I called again on 12-27-12 and talked to Josh Taylor, he said he would take care of the matter. Then they took out another month. Dec. And Jan. So now they owed me 2 months. Called again Feb. 11 talked to Seirra and she said it would be taken care of an my acct. Would be credited. I wanted her to send a check but she said they couldn't do it that way. So I waited til March 29 and called Andrew in Acct. Resolutions his ext. 34261. Said my check would be in my hands on Wed. April 03. Well it's Apr. 08 and still no check. While I was on the phone with him he said he was emailing accounting as we spoke to issue the check... I really think its time for action.in 3 days I contacting the BBB and they my Lawyer. S.O. Thank you..
