Speedy PC took over my computer at installation and stated that all my files were corrupted and that they could be they could be the ONLY ones to fix it for a steep price. They refused to get off the phone stating they had been working with me for over 45 minutes. Had to shut my computer off, and then immediately went to Staples for a diagnostic and all was well. Now their icon and request for update comes up on my computer even though I had to change my email address. Please cancel my subscription and get them off my computer. ID reference: SPPC-U040512-19EBG. I now have a new email address which is on my account with safecart.
