Automatic withdrawl for a service I cancelled

I cancelled my service with speedy pc when my computer crashed six months ago, yet I just got an automatic withdrawl from my account. I demand a full refund, or I wil dispute withdrawl with my bank.

When I tried to cancel my agreement on safecart, It won't let me login, tried changing password but still no luck.
