Refund of cancelled automatic renewal subscription with Speedy pc pro

On 25 July I have cancelled my subscription renewal of Speedy pc pro and in fact received an unsubscribe confirmation email from your end. My credit card was however still billed on the same date with €23.59. Please refund me the money back since I cancelled my subscription. I tried sending you an e-mail on customerservice@safecart.com but was returned undelivered.
