Ought a 12 1 xbox gold subscription. Activation Codes were to be sent immediately by email. Havent received anything after 24 hrs. Contact details give an option to generate a ticket number which should have been sent to my email but that also has't happened. Bank has asked me to wait 2-3 days before they can try to reclaim the money. If any one has any email address or telephone numbers please post them on this site.
