I purchased an instant points Xbox live gold subscription after reading some positive feedback. Said that it was instant delivery, I had used a similar site and got delivery immediately, so thought this would be the same.

Paid £27.99 which was taken from my account almost instantly. Received a confirmation email to say it had gone through and yet to receive any membership number.

I have followed this up with tickets and an email but not a reply.

This is disgraceful and they should not be allowed to trade fraudulently as they appear to be doing.
