I ordered a XBox live membership along with XBox Points as an instant download. We received the email with the codes but when we tried to use them the message read that they had already been used. We sent an email to the company but as yet we haven't heard anything back from them. After doing some research I have discovered many complaints from people all saying the same thing. I have contact my bank and our payment is in holding waiting for the company to take it, my bank won't stop the payment but they will put it in to dispute once the company has taken the money. I wanted to cancel my card and get a new one but my bank have said this won't stop this company from taking more funds (I can't believe this!) so I think I will just withdraw all funds, then if they do try to claim more payments they should be declined due to insufficient funds. I will call my bank again in 2 days.
