My husband purchased the software thinking it was from Microsoft to help with his slow computer. When he called the support number a technician took over computer for at least a half hour then tried to sell $300.00 worth of repairs that he needed to do besides the $29.99. We are now worried that private information may have been stolen and have asked for a refund of the $29.99. The tech support quickly hung up when we complained about the additional payments and we found this scambook site while using another computer!
