This is 3rd month i am told a shipment is made and when it should arrive. It is at least a week late and I cannot get anything but "we are sorry and will try to check into the matter". I try to find out what the problem is but can only get appologies. If it's their supplier, in-house or etc. I should think they would be more open with their customer. Latest: my account was debited on 3/28, with the expected delivery of 4/1, and it is still not here nor will they tell me the reason.
