AA Motorcycle Transport, West End Street Limited Incompetent Motorcycle Transport Company - Misinformed Customer About Shipment Then Hides Behind Contract

I hired this company to move an atv from Connecticut to Florida. I made it very clear from day 1 that the bike had to be at its destination no later than December 15. The transport company told me it would not be a problem.

Halfway into the shipment, I track the bike and it was scheduled to be delivered the week after the 15th. I called their "expert" customer service, who told me not to worry, because the shipment is scheduled to be in Tampa by the 13th, only 30 miles away from me.

I made arrangements to pick the bick up Thursday, the 14th, so to be absolutely sure the bike would be to me by that Friday. I took the day off of work and the truck never arrives. I then call the actual trucking company, STI. They inform me this truck will not arrive in Tampa until Late Friday night. Since it arrives late, It will not be unloaded until that weekend and will be ready to be picked up Monday.

AA Transport pointed their finger at STI, telling me the delivery took longer than expected. If that was the case, I would not be so mad, but that is not the case. AA Transport NEVER informed STI of the due date, so STI took their time since there was no rush.

AA Transport made no effort to help me get this sooner. I told them I needed it by the 15th, because that's when my family and I were going on our camping trip. My brother flew down from Connecticut to join us, and he had no ATV to ride. They are still telling me to take this matter up with STI, but STI did their job and even gave me the paperwork that AA Transport submitted to them. Nowhere does it say to deliver by the 15th.

To make a long story short, AA Transport lied about everything they said they were going to do. When I tried to call the manager, (Isaac Pomeranetz) who is also the owner, he was always "busy". I left him messages to call me back and sent emails, but never heard anything until January 22nd, after the BBB contacted him. He still wants me to file a complaint with STI.

AA Transport has no integrity.
