An absolute disgrace. Try two items for £1.99 each. I ordered and they arrived. On 2nd April two transactions were taken from my bank account without my permission for £84.71 each. I called the only number I could find which was in itself difficult, and some woman told me that I had to cancel within 14 days or continue to be billed. I would never have ordered if I had known, and was not told this. Nor was it on the website. A total con. I demanded a refund, and will not rest until I get one. The woman told me that my complaint would have to be looked at by another department, I said I didnt care so long as someone was notified and i got my money back. She said to keep an eye on my email and I would hear from them within 24hrs. If I dont I will be ringing again and again until I get somewhere. I didnt even believe that I was speaking to someone in this country - she was American, said she was working from London. I will no doubt find out at what expense that turns out to be when my phone bill arrives. Do not buy from these con merchants!!!
