I ordered 2 prints nearly 11 weeks ago and I am still waiting! My complaint has never been taken seriously when I've finally managed to get through to someone in customer services. They ignore emails and tell you anything to fob you off. Originally stated 7 working days that then changed to 21 working days which then changed to 7 working days plus 21 working days... I'm still waiting! They have told us once a week for 6 weeks they will put our order in the urgent folder, it should be called the 'I couldn't give a sh*t as I have your money now' folder. NEVER EVER have I had such awful customer service, and I doubt I will ever see my order. I have now logged a complaint with groupon who are trying to get a refund for me. Failing that I will notify Trading Standards and will continue to put a review on any website possible to warn others to stay away! ”
