Ordered what i thought was a sample from lift serum skincare for £1.99 and notice money was taken from my account and phone my bank to find that this company had taken £85.00 from my account. I then got in touch with said company to find that i was put in to a trail and which i new nothing about. This company gave me no notification of this was going to happen or any form of information to let me know this was going to happen if i ordered. When i phone the company to explain this she said it was in the terms and conditions on the home page, yet this does not appear when ordering the product. I asked could this be refunded to my account and cancelled they replied no we will not be giving you a refund but will cancel your account for further payment. Would not mind but i explained my children and i will have no money for a week if they dont refund as they had emptied my account with no notice what so ever and they did not care what so ever. Would like to WARN others not to order from this company if they dont make it clear as to what you are getting into.
