I received several calls from tvrepairman.com saying they had numurous customers in my area looking for TV repair service centers.
I has woorke dwith this comapny in the past and should have known better but the Sales rep expalian the the comapny was under new ownership and know follows strick guidelines and triages calls before they are pass on to my service center. I agreed to reactive my service after careful consideration. I was told that each call that was passed through would be billed at a rate of 15 dollars. I explained my concern about garbage or junk calles being billed to my account and the ability to remove them. I was asured the sales rep that I would get a invoice at the end of each billing cycle and would then be able submitt calls for removeal. After 3 weeks I started seeing muliple calles the were billed to my account. Some calles that went sent throgh durring the eveing and non operating hours, calls that were picked up by answering maching were being billed as good quality calls. Also hang ups and calles were customer did not even leave a call back number were billed as good quality calls. When I called to voice my concern I was told that, that is how the system works, all calls passed through to my number are billable calls reguardless of what I say. I removed my debit card from their system and place a debit card with just enoguh money for them to process I beieve were good quality calls. 75.00 dollars. They tried to bill it for 315.00 and it declined twice. Then went after I had emailed them and told them they did not have authorazation to make further attemps to bill my cards. They then found the older debit card information and swept my account for 315 dollars. Also in my account settings I had box checked that stated to and this in their terms of agreement wich they did not follow. To suspend my account after a total of 249.00 was reached an not process any more calleds until the next billing cycle. They ignored this and continued to forward calls driving up a ballance to 315. This company is a scam, The reps tell you one thing and then the workings are completely different, their attiduted is I'm so you misunderstood, have a nice day. This is huge scam, They forward all kinds of calls that are not worth a penny and then bill you for them. All they do is run up your call valume with 80 percent junk calls and craeate a huge payday for them selfs careing nothing about the service centers they are scamming. Please help!
