USBI - One Call
Ripoff fraudulent billing

Two months in a row now we have received bills on our Verizon home phone bill from USBI/One Call Comm. The calls were made to Diego Garcxx and were international calls. We have not had long distance service on our phone for over two years, so it was not possible for these calls to be made.

When I told USBI this, they then tried to say it was from using the internet. I complained enough until they removed the bills from this month and last month. They say it will take one to two billing cycles to be removed, lets see if they really do remove them. They also stated that a block was put on our line so these calls could no longer be billed to our phone number.

This company is a major rip off, and something needs to be done them.
