So I placed my order with HowCool.com on January 30th. I bought 4 items and they deducted the money from my bank account right away. I waited the 4 weeks just like they said it would take & received nothing. After trying to contact the company numerous times I never got a reply or response. Finally on March 21st almost 8 weeks after waiting I received only 2 of my items! So I waited some more and a few days ago I received a notice saying one of my items was sold out and is no longer being produced. When I requested a refund for that item I only received half of the amount I paid because of "early cancelation/restocking fees." Umm I never canceled anything and you can't restock what you don't have. I'm still waiting on one more item almost 3 months later so needless to say I will not be shopping with this company again.
