I placed an order for two pairs of shoes with howcool.com. I waited the 4 weeks and nothing arrived. After 9 weeks waiting I said I'd like a refund. They organised a credit (which took another 4 weeks), and when I said I wanted a refund I got no response. I have now been mucked around with the 'you will receive it in the next 2-3 business days' automated response for the last 6 weeks. Don't buy from this company!!
