I have been getting harassing phone calls from a man who claims he is Dr. Brian Moynihan, Director, Credit/Telex Dept.
He has a very distinct accent, he is from another Country, and keeeps calling me for money, so I can receive an ATM Card. He has sent me a picture ID with the name Brian Moynihan on it, it has codes, also the Bank of America Logo on top. And also a Atm Card with the Banks Name on it and my name.
He tells me not to be deceived by anyone, that he is indeed himself, but I have never been so harassed about such a thing in my entire life. I believe him to be a scam artist also, an impostor, a fraudster, and an harasser now. He will not leave me alone. He wants money sent to a person in Everest, Washington. Via moneygram. I have already made the mistake once. Regarding the above stated. Their has to be something I can do, and Bank of America 1680 Broadway, NY, NY. 10019, usa
