Unethical, Deceptive & Deceitful Behavior - Foreclosure

Bank of America is the one of the most UNETHICAL DECEPTIVE, and DECEITFUL companies in the United States. When I placed my (mortgage free) home on the market for sale, before my house could sell, the house next to my home was foreclosed upon by Bank of America. This institution failed in every way possible to properly maintain the forclosed upon house. I had to contact my county government to have the weeds and grass cut constantly. The side of the foreclosed house became green with mold. Although my home was in excellent condition and well maintained, it did not sell as no one wanted to live next to the Bank of America foreclosure nightmare. I documented and contacted Bank of America constantly (the file is several inches high) even going as far as to contact Brian T. Moynihan (CEO) at his home in Wellesley, Massachusetts. I received a threat by letter from one of Moynihan's "flunkies" that if I contacted Moynihan a second time legal action would be taken against me. For the record, Moynihan's home address is a matter of public record, however, I stated the "threat letter" to show how Bank of America attempts to intimidate people. Needless to say, Bank of America is greed oriented and cares for nothing where it concerns customers. I lost over $50,000.00 in equity on my home thanks to Brian T. Moynihan and Bank of America. Everything I have stated can be documented/proven. People, such as myself, that paid our mortgages and lived within our financial means are now the BIG LOSERS as Bank of America is now financially supplementing those who are placed into foreclosure by offering these people $8,000 to leave the home in good condition.
