Charged for Replacement Box, Then Collection Notice for $68

I can't stand their service, I had a problem with my receiver box over a year ago. They sent a guy out and he replaced it, I had been a customer of their's over ten years, he tells me there should be no charge for this. Next month I received my bill showing I owe them $90 dollars for this new box. So I call them and they say oh. Don't worry we'll fix that, "right" then the following month it's still on the billing.

I call them back again and same run around, this went on for about 5 months until July. I had started paying them more then the normal billing but they did not show it on the next one. So they turned me off from service. Ok. I said hell with them and went to Direct TV. So far good. I call back Dish and talk to them and they say I don't owe them, well I must still in there eye because I get a bill now from some collection co. Saying I owe $68. I don't think so, not paying that, dish can come get their junk.
