Club pogo cannot cancel membership—no help! - club pogo game website

I am unable to get any help on website under billing/subscription FAQ. When I specifically followed the directions on how to cancel membership, I typed in "Cancel" under issue and it said it could not locate that subject. I just want to never see this website again or be a part of such an awful website.
