Club pogo is a SCAM

I have experienced money coming out of my account for club pogo and I did not authorize it at all. I have no way of logging in to cancel it and I have no way of contacting anyone. I have been on the phone and placed on hold now for three hours. I want this resolved before my attorney has to get involved!!!
