Pogo Blocks Paid Games Even With Java Version 6

I have loaded, uninstalled, re-installed, etc, etc, etc many times, but Pogo still will not let me play games I have paid for!!! Their "help" page is useless!!! It says to use Java version 6, this will work. It doesn't!!! I want to cancel, but it says I will not get a refund of time left on my subscription - What a scam!!!
