The staff there was very rude and made my daughter feel very bad, that refuse to help her and didn't offer her any discount that she may have been entitile to, they did not take the time to explain to what about what she many need done and the cost breakdown they just look at her college report and told her to pay $230.00 or no service just point, they push her aside without any other decision. Which cause her to cry, because she was scared and possible pregrant and when to them for help and assistance and they were rude and cold heated and because of that they may have cause her to to something bad to herself to lose the child if she is pregrant, Im a very concren parent and when I call them, they was rude to me and refuse to let me speak to a supervisor saying one will call me back and after about 5 calls there to plan parenthood a supervisor finally call me at then end of their business day. My conclusion that people who work in the Medical Field should know how to treat people when they come into their office all confuse and scared
