I stayed at the red roof inn in palm beach and the room had a terrible paint odor, the air conditioner was extremely noisy, the included breakfast and coffee were non-existent or maybe that little bit of 2 day old bagels with nothing else and no coffee was it. There was no shampoo in the room and only one towel which is explained by the cleaning staff who were very busy arguing and discussing personal issues while holding up my elevator.
The front desk staff both at checking and check out we're great.
The damages are based on my total cost of a room that I did not get any sleep in.
