Poor Conditions

I made reservation at the Red Roof Inn in Ridgeland. Ms... March 6 - checked out March 7... The rooms was in very poor conditions as a housekeeper myself i never experienced anything like it... The word sanitary don't even describe the condition of their rooms it was like renting a room in the slums... When i spoke to the desk clerk about refunding my money it was a matter of you checked in already... When i explained to her that i had important business to take care of that i had no time to look around the room she replied again that i couldn't get a refund... I was very disappointed to have stayed in a place that the HEALTH DEPARTMENT WOULDN'T APPROVE OF THE CONDITIONS... The most important factor of this complaint is to also let others be aware of my experiences...
