Your company is so screed up! I am taking my credit card, to put minutes on a phone you gave to someone free! He has no minutes so I have no serial number! I really think your policy stinks and will get him his own phone! I am reaally mad at this situation, my fiance had quad druple by pass and needs a phone! You all need to regroup and think of a better solition! Wasn't asking for information about the account. Just taking my money and putting in your business!
