An unauthorized deduction was made from my account. I called my Financial Institution. They gave me the name and the toll free number. I called them over 50 times since November and each time they had a different response... It would take 30 days, then it would be reimbersed within 7 days, then it would be mailed... Apparently I will nto receive the money back but something needs to be done about this company
