Refund for refrigerator (used) sold a brand new

Purchased Samsung with freezer on the bottom on March 9, delivered on March 14. Freezer would not get cold, contacted the store on March 19, and was scheduled with an emergency tech.
Tech came to my home and stated "FREEZER NO GOOD". I immediately contacted the store and informed them of their service tech findings. I was then instructed to come to the store for a full refund. I encountered the most obnoxious, ignorant sales manager by the name of Mr. Kevin Cohen and his side-kick Mr. Richard Reyes. Mr. Cohen was upset because he was caught selling used goods as new and refused to issue me a refund. I was informed that he had to pick up his merchandise and after ten (10) days, he would refund my money. (this was said like "If I feel like it". My old refrigerator as removed, he will pick up the broken one and what??? Place my food on the floor until he decides to refund me my money??? I feel that this business is operating fraudulently and I want my money back plus the charges for a warranty (laughing about that one) and my money back for delivery.
