When you google with the key word "usps change of address", change-my-address.com is the first link on the page. The design of their webpage also fools you into thinking this is an online service of USPS.

They ask you all of your information, and never tell you that you're going to charge you $19.95 for a simple service that the USPS charge $1 for. -I wanted to cancel my order a few hours later when I noticed the charge. No one answers their customer service phone'. I sent an email to them, and got a response several days later. And here's what they have to say - "Once we receive the requests, the change is submitted to the US Postal Service in batches every several minutes/. To do this requires the expenditure of personnel and financial resources on our part|. Unfortunately we are unable to offer full refunds as we have already performed the service. We can change any information you need us to change, such as a move date, corrected zip code, etc. And a $5.00 partial refund." -So basically, they're saying, given you found out that we scamed you, we'll give you a discount for our service.

I denied the refund, and asked for full refund, and never heard back from them.

Pay full attention to these web scams. Don't let them fool you as they did me!
