Just wanted to change my address in USPS, this companies web site was misleading and did not state up front they were a private enterprise. I paid about $20 for the service. I called them a few minutes later to get a refund, after i found the true USPS address change site which cost $1. ChangeMyAddress.com said the address change transaction went thorough and could only offer $5 refund after just a few minutes. Out $15
