When you Google with the key word "usps change of address", change-my-address.com is the first link on the page. The design of their webpage also fools you into thinking this is an online service of usps.

They ask you all of your information, and never tell you that you're going to charge you $19.95 for a simple service that the USPS charge $1 for. -I wanted to cancel my order a few hours later when I noticed the charge. No one answers their customer service phone.
