Geri Martinez did in fact lead me to believe that I could rent from her, so I moved out of my home because it would be cheaper for me. The day I moved in (2/1) after giving up my home of 4 years, she did in fact evict me. She knows I am on SSI disability, by taking her offer on good faith, I am now homeless with disabilities, my total income is $710 a month after auto bills I start at $550. It will cost me $1,500 minimum for first and last on another home. She is in breach of verbal contract wish has caused me to be homeless.
