Pogo Help Line Scam - Pogo Games - EA Sports

I recently began getting a message when I try to play games on Pogo that my Java is not updated so I cannot access the games. I ran all the required updates and programs that verified Java is correct (V7, U17) on my Mac. When I called the hotline the dot head on the other end said I have to buy a "paid" version of Java for $89.99. I just renewed my Pogo subscription for the year which I find out is non-refundable. What a scam.
