Java Update Warning Persists and Help Line Took Over Computer

I am unable to play Pogo games. I keep getting a message that Java is not updated. I followed steps, and still got the message. I went to Apple Customer Service and they went through the steps with me. They said everything is updated. Still could not play games. Called help line that took control of my computer, and they left. Absolutely no help. So I have cancelled my Pogo account.
