Purchased Groupon, never received product - Photowrapped Christmas Ornaments

I purchased a Groupon for 4 photo Christmas products. I followed the instructions to order, and received a confirmation email in December. I waited about a month and never received the products.in January, I sent them an email and received a response from Anastasia advising that it was being processed.in March, I sent them another email requesting an update, as I still have not received the product. No response from Photowraps. I called their Customer Service Number during business hours and their number would only ring busy. Never able to get through. Groupon reimbursed me, but I really wanted the product. Disappointed in their lack of customer service.
