Never Received Product - Photowrapped Christmas Ornaments

I purchased a Groupon for 4 photowrapped Christmas ornaments. I placed my order AFTER Christmas, waited about a month (Groupon indicates to wait 2.5 weeks) and contated PhotoWraps in late January inquiring on delay. I received a response from Anastasia advising order was in production. I emailed them again in March requesting an update. I received no response. I contacted their Customer Service number and was not able to get through (rang busy). I contacted Groupon who reimbursed me. Disappointed in this company's lack of business ethics and loack of customer service.
