I purchased an AViiQ iPad case through GROUPON. I only received half the case. I called groupon they took my complaint and said they would get back to me. After no call back, I called again. They said theres nothing they can do, they issued me a refund. The problem is, I wanted the case.By the time I received the broken case, the offer expired because it took almost 3 weeks to arrive. They had no ability to replace the product. I explained to them that if I purchased it from lets say Amazon they would dend me the correct product, the one saw advertised. They have no plan of action to replace items in their GOODS section that get sent deffective after the offer expires. This does not make sense nor does it protect the customer. If you make a deal with a company to sell their product, make sure they stand behind the product and will exchange any defective products that get shipped. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE A GOODS ITEM FROM GROUPON AGAIN! Maybe it was Aviiq's fault but GROUPON should protect themselves and the customer better.
