Late fees for non use of card

My bank records clearly show I have made every payment on my KSD card for the last two years. Each month shows a payment 2x's or more the min. Payment.
I have not used my card that much trying to pay down the Bal. And in February was hit with a 35 dollar late fee for being late. KSD told me first I missed a payment and demanded a second payment for February. I did not pay that second demand and paid the next months bill in March. Was hit again for a late fee. This time I was told it was because I made two payments in January and the second was not credited as a payment for February. Sadly this is not backed up by my bank records. The then offered to right off one of the fees if I would make a additional payment at that moment.

KSD will claim they have not control over the CC company even though the CC company is clearly an agent of KSD. I have been a longterm customer of KSD and for the life of me cannot grasp why they do this as I will never buy from them again and will warn anyone not too. There is an old maxium in retail. Good service to one brings in five more and bad service to one loses nine customers.
