KSD charging fees for non use of credit cards

That is about the only title I can figure out explains this.
I have two years of bank records showing a payment at 2x or more the min. Payment for each month.

In February I was hit with a 35 dollar fee for non-payment of my bill, when I called I was was told I missed a December payment. My bank records clearly show a payment made. I was told I needed to make a second February payment to avoid another fee. I did not pay that addtional payment as I cannot just pay out money have not budgeted. I contacted KSD they say its not their problem as the CC company is a vendor. More like an agent under the laws of CA but I digress.

In March I am hit with another late fee. My payment was made but am now told I missed February. My banks statement again has 24 monthly payments. The due date is generally the 27th and my payment is by the 3rd. Never had a problem for two years.

Well they tell me it happened because in January I made two payments and by law they cannot credit a future payment. Ok BS meter just broke! Even though they admitted they had recieved a second payment (by the way they did not as my bank statement only shows one a month) they offered to remove only one of the Fee's if I would make a second payment right now for March.

I would stay away from King Size Direct. Its obvious unless you pay with cash they will mess with you if you try to pay down your account.

There is an old saying in retail. Good Customer service to one brings in five more sales and poor Customer service to one loses nine sales. Trust me they have lost more than that.
