Impossible to get ahold of jhb int mail centre hub

On Saturday 9th March I managed to get through to customer service after trying to call for more than 5 times daily to find out where my parcel is. I talked to a lady that gave me the SA trace number and informing me that the parcel was scheduled and recorded as gone out on the truck to be delivered, but in fact never left the building. - Does not make sense to me!
On the system, it shows that the parcel has been in possession of JHB INT MAIL CENTRE (HUB) since 27 Feb and on the intl USPOST it is recorded that I was informed that the parcel is in SA. - A blatant because if that was done I would have asked where the parcel is and how I can go about to collect it.

During Monday 11 March and Tuesday 12 March I have made in access of 20 calls just to be cut off after 4 minutes and 58 seconds of listening to the confirmation that they are aware of my call and someone WILL help me just to be cut-off again and again

This service is absolutely shockingly BAD!

If I order an article from abroad - OBVIOUSLY I need it. It has been in SAPO's hands for TWO WEEKS now!!!

WHY do we have to put up with such bad service.

SAPO could you not pull up your socks and start do your job!!!
