Unauthorized 75.00 Game Purchase on My Visa Credit Card

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am complaining against Facebook because someone gained access and bought a game that cost 75.00. It is hard to believe, because I do not have that kind of money to buy a game without my authorization on my credit card. My bank reported a balance that shows Facebook bought the game. I do not know who the person is who gained access, committed fraud and stole my credit card information. I tried calling the Facebook company, and they told me to go to www.facebook/credit, where I reported what happened.

I am worried and trying to get my money back so that my balance turns positive, since my bank said it charged a fee and the balance is negative. I am not happy with Facebook, which did not protect my rights and my authority, or prove who I am. I am disappointed that the money went negative at my bank. Please refund the money to my Visa credit card as soon as possible. Thank you.
