Plinga has a game called "Fairy Farm." I spent $101 on crystals, which are credits in the game. After having achieved a certain level in the game, I now cannot get into the game. I keep getting an error message. I have two other facebook accounts on this same computer and I have the game "Fairy Farm" on both separate facebook accounts and the game works just fine on those accounts. I did not spend money on the other accounts. I have been following their forums on their facebook page "Fairy Farm Official Community" https://www.facebook.com/fairyfarm and I see that I am not the only one with this same problem. I did email them once and got a form letter and I did report them to facebook. What I wanted was back in the game, but at this point I think I would just like a refund of my money, if possible.
