I ordered a trial offer (£3.99) after seeing an advert for a face cream
and received a kit instead. This kit contained three small, jjars of
different cream, inc. The one I ordered and £97.99 was taken from my bank account.
This is nothing short of a scam. I want my account cancelled and I have instructed my bank to make no more payments should they be asked for.
I want the overpaid money to be returned to my account as soon as possible and a letter of apology would not go amiss.
