I paid postage and packaging for what was sold as a 'free trial' for Dead Sea Beauty Kit. On the 14th day they took £97.95 out of my bank without authorisation.

Their website small print said that I had 14 days to review the product and if I wasn't happy I should return it before being charged this amount. I contacted the company via email to express my disinterest in the product within the 14 days as I'd seen a lot of information on the internet that the company was a scam (the product didn't work & that they would take money regardless) but they had already taken out the money.

I have informed my bank who will prevent further payments being taken out of my account, but I am still down £97.95 for which I am really upset about.

This company needs investigating and closing down before they con more people.

I would appreciate any help I can get.
