Advertised as a TRIAL OFFER I sent for Collangenta SERUM cost£4.95 and DEAD SEA BEAUTY KIT cost£3.95. Paying by my RBS Mastercard. On 1st March there were 2 payments out my account one for £97.95 and another for £97.82, I did not give my permission for them to take any payments. I have contacted my bank to cancel this card. I did not receive dead sea beauty kit, How do I get my money back? I am a pensioner, I would never pay this ammount for any cream. Trial offer means try before you buy!
