Poor quality sony vaio= the hinges came off in less than a year. Tried contacting Sony no one put me through to head quarters. I was told if its my fault than I would have to pay $ 350 dollars if its physica; damage or water damage-I said I had not dropped the computer or dropped it but it was poor quality manufacturing but I was not believed
