Signed up for $1 free report. Was charged $19.99 plus $1. Then, I was charged again the following month, $19.99. I signed for 1 report and was "hooked" on to a monthly billing cycle. I didn't know it, until I checked my bank statement. "Ben" said "let's see why this is happening. You signed up for this service." on the phone. Oh no I didn't.
