Cic Credit Monitoring
Ripping me off over a year

I signed up for my free report through freecreditreport.com and noticed and extra charge on my bank account. I called freecreditreport.com and asked them about the charge and and they said it wasn't them. I have called a 1-800 # listed on my bank statement twice so far and havent been able to talk to anyone so far. They have charged my account since I signed up for the free report in March of '05 with a monthly charge of $9.95. Any suggestions?
