They have offered me a free sample of their products (the only fee suppose to be a postage fee of 3.95 GBP) Unfortunately I have given them my bank details and after around a month they took another money of my account which this time was a 97.95 GBP for a beauty products which I havent ordered? Is there any way I can get my money back and can you help?
